2022 Lincoln Day Dinner Information
Dear Elected Official/ Candidate,
The Bradley County Republican Party would like to invite you to the 2022 Lincoln Day Dinner on April 9th, 2022. Our Speaker will be Cameron Sexton, Tennessee Speaker of the House.
In addition to supporting the local GOP, this is a great opportunity to meet concerned citizens and community leaders. As you know, our Lincoln Day Dinner is the main fundraising event of the year for the Bradley County Republican Party. We appreciate your support and want to offer ticket and advertising opportunities at every price level. Tickets will go on sale at our next meeting on Tuesday, February 22nd at 6:30 PM at the Bradley County Courthouse in the County Commission Room. You will also be able to purchase tickets on our website, www.bradleycountygop.com, starting on February 23rd (fees will apply to online ticket orders). Attached to this letter, you will find more details about the straw poll, advertising opportunities available, and how to buy tickets.

Straw Poll:
We will conduct a straw poll for the following races if they are contested (more than one candidate):
US Congress, State House, State Senate, District Attorney, Judicial Candidates, and County Mayor.
Each candidate in the straw poll will get 2 minutes to address the audience before the voting period ends. Each campaign may have one representative present during the vote-counting process.
*Please note that sitting US Senators, US Congressmen, State Legislators, and local officeholders in attendance may also be presenting or addressing the crowd at different times during the program. This is customary and is following our long-standing tradition of recognizing our current elected officials.
Candidate’s Mall Information:
For those candidates deciding to purchase a space in our Candidate’s Mall, you will be able to come in early and set up ( if needed) between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. You will have a space in the hallway leading from the main entrance to the cafeteria, where you can meet and greet everyone coming into the dinner. You are allowed to bring a card table (standard size 5 x 5) if you want. Unfortunately, we cannot provide this size of table for you. You may also hand out campaign literature. In the past, some candidates have set up tables and some have simply stood in their space and greeted those coming to the dinner. It is up to you. Please do not hang anything on the walls and do not put campaign literature on the dinner tables in the cafeteria. Since the doors open at 5:30 PM, please make sure your space is set up and ready no later than 5:00 PM if you plan to bring a table.
Video Screen Ads:
Candidates purchasing a video screen ad should submit a PowerPoint file or a jpeg file sized 13.33 x 7.5 inches (16:9 ratio) by email to bradleygop@gmail.com For image quality reasons, we cannot accept a printed ad. It must be a digital file.
VIDEO SCREEN AD DEADLINE:
Video Screen ads and Program ads must be in by Wednesday, March 30th at 5 PM. We must give our vendors time to prepare. Unfortunately, this deadline cannot be extended.
Program Ads:
All ads are full color. For image quality reasons, we cannot accept a printed ad. It must be a digital file emailed to bradleygop@gmail.com.

Please follow these guidelines for creating your ads:
Design your ad using one of the below sizes. High-resolution PDF files are preferred, although JPEG, EPS, PNG or TIF files in high resolution are also acceptable.
Note: Ad sizes shown below have been scaled down to show placement. Ads do not bleed.
PROGRAM AD DEADLINE:
All program ads must be submitted by March 30th at 5:00 PM. We cannot extend this deadline because of set-up and processing time.
